Alberton Licence Department

Disgusting service at the Alberton Licensing department . There are “strange goings on” between the security guards and some patrons of this department and the cashiers !! It looks like bribery and corruption may be the order of the day here…. Whatever happened to proper service !!! The staff are rude , arrogant and clearly not interested in doing their work …. A revamping of staff is required.

Very bad experience. Workers from there want to be begged to work. They don't work when they supposed to. They wait few hours till the system is about to go off then they start to work. Government should recruit new people or exchange people from different departments because the workers are comfortable where they at..not satisfied

A horrible center with a horrible service. The staff are very rude and have a distateful attitude. This is my second time going there to get my eye test done, and on both occasions, the service was terrible. One such personnel there is Jabulile Ndlovu, one of the people who are responsible for handling eye tests. She is very rude, very negative and is not hospitable with her clients. She is tarnishing the little good reputation that the center enjoys.

Don't waste your time making an online booking it serves no purpose. Even you arrive an hour earlier than your allocated appointment time . If you enquire you're met by loud rude / don't care attitude staff telling you to ask e-natis whats the point of making a booking. And obviously everything is a big joke

There's usually long queues and you find friendly stuff on your lucky day. Instructors cut in the line as they please and that increases the waiting period, especially to make payments

We all know any government/municipal department is useless! But Alberton takes it to another level! Most unfriendly & unwilling people you will ever come across! Everybody treats you like you are the reason they did not get a raise. By all means, avoid visiting this place, you'll only be wasting your time & testing your blood pressure!

There's so much of corruption activities taking place at Alberton Traffic Department. The Anti-Corruption people and under-cover metro police officials should be deployed there. Will rate them 1 out of 5. What a unpleasant place to be. No order at all.

Pathetic, worse than worse!!!! What a waste of time, and bad service, rude staff, please close that place or get new premises with people who can do the work professionally!!!

I am adding my review knowing very well that nothing will be done because nobody cares about tax payer I was there and a guy by the name thulani sibeko bluntly refused to assist me because he was not in the mood for whatever reason. I actually used my petrol and last money to go there And print the stuff he said I must print and still refused to help me and there is nothing I can do about it and he knows it too It’s the same energy from all the stuff from the time you enter. We avoid paying tjotjo and go through the right channels but the treatment we receive is not on guys

Masepa fela a license department. Been here since 10:20am for a PDP Booking at 11:30. Still far from being assisted, only one person working as colleagues are AWOL. This is literally a rubbish department, employees here feel entitled and want to be begged to do their job. Very disappointed and flabbergasted by their service.
