Phoned to get a case nr. The lady at reception put us through but there was no answer. We phoned again and she took our details and then went to find the case nr. Within a few minutes ahe phoned us with our case nr. Excellent service!
The officer on duty was exceptionally friendly and helpful and offered solutions as to obtain police clearance.
