Alice Library

Rude lady at the front desk. She was trying to make me pay 48 dollars for books I had when I was eight years old when I was only trying to use the computer! I am 20 now and even if it was my responsibility I was a child! How am I gonna return books at 8 years old without my parents! Please get better and more polite employees.

I enjoy going to the Alicia Salinas City library the ladies are up to date with skills on the computers and books. They are ready to answer your questions, direct you to where you need to go and are very pleasant. As many times that I've been there to work on reports or use the computer I have never seen or heard them raise their voice at anyone. Thank you ladies!!!!!

There are so many restrictions and filters on using the internet that it's basically useless. I reserved computers for my kids to research for homeschooling assignments and find that YouTube is blocked. I run my business through Facebook and couldn't work because it is also blocked.

This library is one the loudest I've ever been to. The blame fully rests upon the arrogant shoulders of the administrator. Like most librarians these days in many cities, these workers are no longer taught that libraries should be quiet places.

I called before leaving my house and they did not mention needing photo ID which I don't have I came 30 minutes to be told I can't get a library card because I don't have photo ID I've NEVER heard of a library needing photo ID to get a library card.

They have always treated my child with the utmost care and have delivered her support with encouragement. They serve the community a great service.

Such the sweetest people work there. Great peaceful place.

This is really a great library for a smaller town. Unfortunately, they’ve been shut down for weeks at a time though lately due to some mechanical issues:/

Only thing that sucks about this place is a bunch of websites are blocked on the Wi-Fi, and a bunch of my favorite books are still checked out and overdue by people who are never coming back.

worst wifi in the universe. the librarians never shut there mouths. smells like horse dookey.
