Overall good experience in the cost we paid. The owners are very friendly and they take care of the place very well. They also take care of the needs of residents. Cleaning is done once a week which I think should be twice a week atleast. They do laundry for extra cost whenever you want them to and clothes are given pressed. Private parking space is there. Place is cctv monitored. No wifi. TV is provided also stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and pretty much all cutlery and dishes.

Owners are friendly BUT place is Dirty. Dusty rooms, Linen smells stuffy, old pots and pans, alot of insects in house moths, spider, mosquitoes. Unfortunately to much loadshedding in the area. As well as we were accused indirectly of stealing a OVHD Card which later they realized that it doesn't work with a card system but until now no apology. I would not recommend this place or visit again. Can't bring friends to visit so for me it's a 110% No

We booked en-suite room but hey, it was dusty, towels and the blankets smelling stuffy, no air-conditioning. We asked the owners about the air-con the reply was that, the only option is prepaid air-con. There was no DSTV. It was bad. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very welcoming. Peaceful place to stay and alot of privacy. If you are looking for accommodation in JHB then this is the place to go. The owners are very humble and become like family to everyone that stays there. Always very welcoming. I suppose the name ALL ARE WELCOME says it all.Rooms: 5/5

U get all the space u need which includes having a pool in the yard the rooms 100 percent cz u own ur own bathroom lol i mean go there u won't regret

Owners very friendly. However, accommodation not as clean as you would want. Bedding, chairs, bathrooms, kitchen etc all in need of modernisation and replacing. Did not have security other than an electric gate. Not sure how safe the area was??
