ALL GOLD LITTLE SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This competition starts on 13 July and closes on 2 September 2016. No late entries will be accepted.
2. The competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years and older.
3. No director, employee, agent or consultant of the Tiger Brands Group of Companies, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition may participate in this competition.
4. To enter this competition participants must complete the task outlined in the Facebook post.
5. Users will be asked to comment on a Facebook post with copy or an image to enter. They will have no less than 3 days to enter via comment on the Facebook post.
a. Users can comment as many times as they choose but can only win once for the duration of the competition
6. Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid.
7. There will be 4 All Gold hampers to give away in total.
8. Winners will be notified via a comment on their Facebook post comment and a request will be made for them to send a message to the All Gold Facebook page. In the event the winners cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts, the winner forfeits their prize. Any queries in this regard may be directed to the Consumer Services Division on telephone number 0860 100 891 or [email protected] during office hours.
9. Hampers will be delivered to the winners via courier. Deliveries must be made to a daytime address within South Africa. The promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar commercial value in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
