I just want to say THANK YOU to MANDLA at this service station. Got there with a flat tyre with no idea what the issue was and I was told "Ma'am, it's valentines day, you don't worry about a thing. Please go into the shop and get whatever you need. Let me take care of your tyre." I was nearly in tears! Thank you for the amazing and friendly service provided. Words cannot express how much I appreciate it!
This place is the worst I have encountered in ages. The staff is not the main problem, the lack of proper management is. My car has liters of wasted petrol, that I have to pay, due to pumps not being maintained. I am utterly disgusted in this mess of a place.
They deserve a minus rating. Poor customer service from petrol attended to whoever acts like a manager cause he can't even introduce himself or apologise to customers knowing very well that they are offline and don't communicate before putting fuel in your car. I'm disgusted by such service where people know they have competitors who can treat customers better for the same service. Remind me never to go back to that place for fuel
I have Always received a great service from all friendly petrol attendants especially Mandla and Andile , they always make me feel like I’m part of the family, keep up the amazing work guys.
Service is a concern, 3 guys assisting one car... The car in front of me even left without being helped.... Besides from that usually fast friendly service always reminding me about the ustars rewards.
I wish that there is ZERO stars!!! The One Toilet per gender, it's filthy and has no Lock! I walked in on a guy in the women's toilet! There's is NO Manager on sight and when I spoke to staff about my Concerns they were Dismissive DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ENGEN GARAGE
The service is not swift as what I'd like. To make matters worse, taxi drivers make it an unpleasant experience. They block the driveways with their cars when loading and offloading.
Just a Normal gas station with friendly staff. Nice for en route fill ups
Nice AC that keeps you cold when in the shop , atm and they were friendly.
Poured petrol here only to be poured air. Please be wary of this place
