Your CRM call centre and uFiling support is flawed. How is it possible for your agents to ask for pertinent personal data. This includes ID number and uFiling login details. How do you apply the POPI Act? Surely my uFiling claims can be picked up through my case reference number without asking for these details?
If I could give a -100 I would. I have been requested multiple times to sort out my domestic's UIF by the GOVERNMENT. I try to do it and the UIF website says it is blocked. I call the call centre run by ALTERAM SOLUTIONS and the lady, Maltitatse or whatever caused me to break down into tears. I can't unblock my account without verifying my email address and the system is showing neither of the 2 email addresses I have ever had in my life and therefore the agent said " Well too bad" without it you can not unblock and therefore you cant register your domestic. SO that's that then hey? Customer service was awful and the agents are not trained.
"YOU ARE EITHER PART OF THE SOLUTION OR YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM". HOW ABOUT BEING PART OF THE POSITIVE CHANGE/SOLUTION THAT WE WANT FUTURE GENERATIONS TO EXPERIENCE AS OPPOSED TO THE NEGATIVE CHANGE THAT FUTURE GENERATIONS WILL BE EXPERIENCING BECAUSE WE DID NOT WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE IT BETTER FOR THEM? I FOR ONE WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE THIS WORLD IN A BETTER CONDITION THAN WHAT I FOUND IT IN AND THEN IT CAN ONLY BENEFIT FUTURE GENERATIONS BECAUSE I WILL NO LONGER BE ALIVE TO EXPERIENCE IT.
Worst experience of my life dealing with you people! Your agents know nothing about their jobs and provide no help to us! And when we try to file complaints against these agents, then nobody knows who where why or what... Alterams service is sickening
What terrible service from yet another government appointed outsource company for the UIF process; and just like everything else that does not work in this country, they most certainly don't and neither does their contact email. "Your message has been blocked" - if you try to email! They send you a bunch of questions to answer, which you of course do - just to NEVER get any response from them again. Their disclaimer on their emails when you eventually reach them via an UNLISTED email address: "Alteram Solutions Pty Ltd is an official service provider and an agent appointed for and on behalf of the Department of Labour and any acts and/or omissions performed and/or incurred by Alteram Solutions in the course and scope of management of the outsourced call centre services shall be construed to be the acts or omissions of the Department of Labour." HOW can the Department of Labour appoint such a clearly unskilled, incompetent company to run such an important part of South African livelihoods UIF?? As if going through retrenchment and being without a work, in an already struggling economy, is not traumatising and hard enough already?! I can do better admin and be more efficient than them, why not employ me instead! You will safe on UIF payout and provide a job and things will get done!
Alteram Solutions has been outsourced to as the DOL UIF Call Centre. Your service is the worse in South Africa. You are responsible that thousands of South Africans are struggling to get answers why there UIF Claims are delayed or esculated. You have not given your staff training you should owe up to the mess you have made of people's livelyhood.
How can you call yourself a call centre for UIF if you cant wven help people. Your company has no culture and no urgency. You can just as well close your doors as you dont work here you play around with people's livelyhoods. You are a not worth mentioning as a so called IT solution company. From your Receptionist to the Call centre agents are useless. I hope you lose your tender with UIF.
Bella from Alteram solutions is a lier and incompetent to work with uif clients . She could not advise me on the status of my claim and told me no one has access to call recordings and also said that there are no team leaders or managers at the floor which is not professional! Please run qa training Alteram solutions so your agents know how to treat clients
Useless solutions. Clueless call centre agents and management,go straight to the DOL,dont bother with these guys. You will have endless problems
YOUR AGENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!! I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD BE FIRED IF I PROVIDED SERVICE HALF AS BAD AS THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO ME!!! OR LETS RATHER SAY THE LACK OF SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED!!! I AM NOT THIS TYPE OF PERSON TO FIGHT LIKE THIS, YOU HAVE PUSHED ME TO MY LIMIT!!!
