Thank you to all the staff at Altro Pets, they are always friendly and very helpful. I have been going to them since I bought my first chicks possibly 4 or 5 years ago, love going in to see what they have when I go buy my chicken feed. Always have long conversations and always happy when I leave. I recommend them to anyone that needs a pet store. Thanks again for your friendly smiles and great service to us and the animals. Super friendly staff, always helpful over the phone and the animals are well cared for and very, very cute. Great prices and the store is very well maintained and neat. I've brought a few pets there as well as pet food, treats, pet toys, etc. They are my go-to petshop. We will drive out of our way to go there!
Bought a beautiful rooster and hen from them on Saturday and by the time I got home my hen had laid her first egg in the box. Super excited.
Not very friendly staff and twice I've sold doves to them and when speaking over the phone to make arrangements to sell them doves they offer a higher price over the phone and when you get there they give you much much less than they said when speaking to them telephonically. When you mention it to them they come up with a terrible excuse as if their was a misunderstanding over the phone! They then tell you that if you are unhappy you are welcome to take your birds back! I can understand if this happened once but this has happened twice and I can see the trend. Its not about the money I get per bird im concerned about but rather that the birds I bring will find a good home. My problem is don't tell me one thing over the phone and recieve something else when I get their. So we learn..
Really good service.Staff helps with information and I enjoy my time with my pet I bought at the store a lot.So thanks for your amazing service and care towards the animals.Also really affordable prices ,I recommend visiting Altro pets.
I always buy my dog food at Altro pets, they are the cheapest when it comes to Montego dog food, people complain they expensive but I have tried numerous places and thy all charge more than Altro. Great service ND they open on Saturdays also. They sell other dog food as well as dog toys etc.
Beautiful place. Affordable prices. Information over phone is wrong though and so are prices on cages so you have to physically go in to find any information out. Staff had attitude because of the price difference. But animals are in good condition. Just make sure of prices in person becausr it changes every time.
Staff was not friendly. I phoned to get prices and when I got there it changed and I was told I'm wrong. So don't budget depending on what they say their prices are. Lots of variety in animals. Prices on cages don't apply to the animals in the actual cages either.
Visited the Pet-shop yesterday, was impress by the renovations however, they didn't have everything I was looking for but I'm still happy with my purchase :
I love this petshop, I always find exactly what I need. They have chicks, pigeons, rabbits, lovebirds. I bought my lovebird there, got the most beautiful lovebird
