New experience yet I was able to find what I was looking for

The brand new store look amazing

Staff no friendly speacial the white lady .she told us to go wait outside if we hear for vouchers free things outside

Useless, had to wait 20 minutes to buy feed, except I was the only customer. The best of all is that I had to load 10 x 50 kg bags on my own while the staff only stood by. Worst service I had at any Alzu branch.

They only carry the basic feed requirement. Not really a fully dedicated petshop more like a small agri depo. Sell lots of alzu own brand products. Very good overall assistants if the sales clerk cant help you she will order or advice you to go to other place in town. Sales clerks need more knowledge of products available in store.

The range of products offered could be improved. Especially related to equestrian equipment. Otherwise, it is exactly what you would expect.

Very helpful indeed, did not have what we were looking for, but I am sure that many others are happy with the service they provide.

Why do have to ask for prices. Place price on the products or next to the product.

All products are very good and service here is just superb.
