I went there to buy a birthday gift for my mom, was served by a very pleasant shop assistant. Very good customer service.

I dont recommend this store. Staff like to argue with you. Ive just gad bad experiences there. Took them weeks to get m engagement ring fixed yet they still gave me samE damaged one back and had to give new one after they expected me to choose different ring but I refused. Then argument came that I can't have my size. I won't ever go back there nor give American swiss in general any business again. Horrible service and no good customer service. No one smiles there. Its depressing.

I had a few issues at the bayside store with a gift that I wanted to exchange as it wasnt working. After being back twice it was got sorted. Staff were friendly enough to.get my issue sorted

Not a good experience so far. I am still waiting for the Manager to ring me and it is now past 2pm. I have tried calling the store but the phone number just cuts off for some unknown reason. Very disappointing.

Fast service after buying a ring that we had to resize.
