I wish there was a lower rating that I could give, we waited for 25 minutes with no service

We are here for the Covid-19 drive-thru testing. Been here almost a an hour and the queue hardley moved. How, long does it take to collect a swab? Necessary service poorly executed. Sick people sitting in the cars waiting - unacceptable. Please avoid if possible.

My very sick husband couldnt get the online function to give him his Covid result. Phoned them now and was told he has to come fetch his positive result from the lab.How on earth does this work? He is desperately ill with Covid...!?

Slow, inefficient, nobody tells you what's going on. Got tested in my car now standing in a queue by an empty desk supposedly waiting to pay. We have been here for two hours and cannot now pay because the only person here who can apparently take payment is inside with a patient????

Service was ok, but someone in charge doesn't know how South African law treats payment plans. So i give it 2 stars.

Slow, inefficient, and indifferent to the growing queue. I would avoid it if you see more than about 5 cars queuing. It was more than two hours to be tested.

The ladies who were doing the covid test were so generous, I was so scared but they made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much

Such friendly and professional staff. I would definitely recommend you have your needs attended to here, it was such a good experience!
