The people from Andela Guesthouse is super friendly. One of the best guesthouses I have ever been. Very modern and beautiful. I would highly recommend Andela Guesthouse to anyone. Brilliant guys, definitely 5 stars....

We had a great night here. The room was really comfortable and super clean! We had enough space to chill and relax after a long road trip. 10/10 will come here again if passing through Bloem

Used to think it was the best value for money in Bfnt, but they have let down their standards a lot. Broken taps and floor tiles dont get fixed. Rugs are dirty. No after hours number to call for emergencies. Our rooms bathtap wouldnt close after opening it. We phoned the cobtact no numerous time. Eventually got hold of the owner at 21h30pm who was very irratable. He was gonna send someone to fix it, but they never came, we had to struggle on our own..

Very rude and aggressive owner. We arrange to arrive late, but on arrival nobody opened the gate. It took us 20 minutes to get into the property and get the manager or owner out of bed. He did not even try to apologize and end up chasing us away when I expected an apology from him, paying only 50% of my money back. We had to drive around during midnight to find another guesthouse in an unknown city. I have never experienced such aggressive behavior from anybody in my life. I will not recommend this place to anyone, rather stay away.

My workers missed the check in time, they were so kind to refund us, I will defnitly reccomend them. : very happy with their response.

Don't ever stay here, the owner's husband is rude and aggressive towards guests when arriving after hours, they don't make provision when you arrive late, I have never seen such a rude man, he cannot even walk properly but want to throw guests out, the owner did not even had the decency to apologize to us for their mistake, no sense for customers and customer service, do yourself a favour and stay away, the man should be forced to attend anger management and customer service courses before dealing with customers, what a shame to his wife and guesthouse.

This is the place to stay if you need quiet, tranquil and a safe surroundings, yet close to the city, hospitals and businesses.
