Although they could not help me with the part I needed, they gave me a contact number from where I could order the part. Previous times I had great service as well. One of the men spent a lot of time with me explaining what I needed to find out what capacity of generator I should buy, how it could be installed to switch over all the electricity in the house to generator power, where I should keep the generator, how and when it should be serviced. I ended up buying a generator from them that works like a dream for our needs.
