Absolutely terrible service. Rude and unprofessional. Left on my WEDDING DAY because the guy with the long hair and shabby coat his daily uniform was styling my hair. I asked for simple waves. Yet he was doing tight stiff curls with a ton of product. I asked to peak in the mirror and look at the progress along the way. He said i must stop doing that and trust the process. 20 minutes later and my hair feels stiff and i have tight curls instead of loose waves. I asked him if it's going to be similar to picture i showed him to which he responded " go and drink some water and relax" in the rudest tone. He was sighing and had the rudest body language. He clearly showed me he had no interest in doing my hair. He didn't even care it was my WEDDING hair. He said " next time book a trail". To me, no trail is needed for such a simple loose wave. I got up and left after the rude comments. I spent my wedding morning crying looking for another hairstylist. The receptionist was rude as well and did nothing to remedy the situation. I’d give 0 stars if I could, the service was so awful. For a gents cut they don’t wash before, only after. Haircut was extremely rushed and the overall experience was just awful

I was too lazy to wash and dry my hair myself so I made an appointment. First salon that I've been to that didn't bother to apply heat protection before blow drying my hair.

I walked in with black box dyed hair Given this, I knew I wasn't going to walk out entirely happy as it would be a process I explained that I wanted to achieve a lighter look, even if we only lifted 2 shades. My hair dresser started highlighting my hair, I stopped her and asked why she was highlighting and got told doing a full head of bleach would cost far too much not once did I say I wanted highlights, I said I wanted full bleach she then continued to do highlights and at some point changed over to doing full on bleach. Leaving my bottom half highlightrd. All while taking her time and being distracted- 40 volume YOU NEED TO WORK FAST OR ITS UNEVEN. To bleach my above shoulder hair took her 1 hour and 20 minutes, I timed it. Then she let it process for 38 minutes with direct aircon on cold over me. The air-conditioning was set full blast and my hair was entirely cold- she did not put any heat on my hair to achieve the best results. Even when she brought the lamp she pointed it completely off my hair and no heat was actually given. I repeatedly asked if the shade she would dye on my hair was the darkest shade to blend in the darker spots left after bleaching... I was reassured it would. It did not and I now have hot roots. She cut all my healthy hair off with some rotten excuse that my hair wasn't in good condition so she could product push. My hair was left uneven, very confusing layering and random long peices. She product pushed to the point of making me feel uncomfortable and to the point that she cut my healthy hair to prove a point. When I went to pay, I was then charged R2400 considering I walked out ready to cry over how my hair looked, that was the ultimate blow. She gossiped openly about people from my area and spoke about their financial statuses. I will never return. I felt I was ripped off. For the price I paid for a full bleach, better results should have shown. My hair is 100% healthy and would have survived the bleaching process. She didn't even try.

Decided to try this salon today, will never go back. Firstly, the receptionist is very unfriendly. I went for the R99 special and told her I had a keratin and will bring my own shampoo and conditioner. She still charged me R220. I would like the manager to call me if he reads this.Service: Blowouts

Booked an appointment for a haircut last week. Upon arriving I was asked to have a seat. 15min later a very untidy long haired and greasy man walked in, I assumed he was a beggar... only to discover he was the one that would be cutting my hair... I felt bad as to judge the man for his appearance however when he started cutting my hair I realized why he was 15 min late for my appointment. His hands stank of cigarettes. This was the most unpleasant experience I've had cutting my hair. The haircut itself was terrible. My wife did a better job during lockdown.

Great friendly helpful staff. Ruth is a fountain of knowledge. Sell the top brands including Kerastase

Went for an upstyle. They just did an untidy looking thing involving just randomly pinning my hair up in odd places. All for R550.Will never go back
