No intention to assist the customer with proper service. The manager chooses to rather sit on his --- and make excuses, doesn't even have the courtesy to get up and have a conversation. It's because of this level of work ethic that the standards of this country is so low. Great job in contributing to the decline...

Walked in and was not greeted, wanted to buy a cupboard that was not in stock. So had to wait till monday to collect. That was not the problem the problem is that when it was time to pay they charged us for the wrong price and said they have to check with the manager if they can change it... the manager was not even at the store so the lady that helped us went to sit back at her desk. Not letting us know what is going on and we had to sit and wait till something happens... very disappointed and disgusted with the service we received and would highly recommend not to buy from here again.

It's a must do destination for anyone in the fix, revamp, refresh, or renovate business. Or hobby. From bedroom to boardroom, kitchen to kiddies room, you'll find something at this one. Unfortunately, though, you'll also find a lot of meal ticket mentality amongst the staff. Etc.

The people in this shop do not ensure that customer queries are solved, un fact they do not care. Management included. Bought a washing machine, it broke, called the shop, people were sent to fix it FOUR times and everytime they left it still not working. Last week they came and said they would come take this past Monday and they still have not come to pick it up. No--one has made contact with us as to what's the delay.

Very bad service ,especially from the cashier .we spend our hard earned money at this store only to be treated like the staff are doing us a favour ,a smile and a thank you even for the smallest purchase,keeps a client coming back .

Very poor service! If you are seeing this review make sure you don’t buy anything from this pathetic shop! I am typing this an hour later waiting for the shop manager to do my refund. I purchased furniture and they telling me they don’t have stock I am fuming

Good customer service though I didn't get what I was looking for

I don't even think this place deserves 1 star. Their service is pathetic, they don't return calls. You call customer care and a bored person tries to redirect your call or gives you an option to call the area manager.

The staff is amazing and useful ,filled with joy and wear a smile throughout the day and are always willing to help

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will always approach you, offering assistance.
