ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Welfare veterinary hospital; fully equipped and registered with the SA Vet Council; focuses on providing veterinary treatment to impoverished communities who are unable to afford private veterinary treatment.

Open daily from 08h30 - 16h00

MOBILE CLINICS
ARO has 3 Mobile Clinics traveling to approximately 40 informal settlements and impoverished communities weekly. We provide access to basic veterinary care, such as:

-Parasite Control
- Sterilisation
-Deworming
-Primary Health Care
-Nutritional Advice and provision of subsidised dog and cat feeds
-Vaccination

Horrible Service!!! Took my dog to treat his broken leg. After waiting almost 2 hours to be helped, Gcobani lied and said the x ray machine is broken and said I must take my dog to a vet on Monday. Just when I was about to leave someone came and said the x ray machine is working and assisted me. Gcobani needs to change his trade as he clearly feels nothing for animals. He gives the organization a bad name.

Very caring and helpful when we took our much loved 15 year cat Nina, to them when she was diagnosed Diabetes. It hurt us to see her suffering and consequently she was euthanased
ARO gave me the best service when I took my 2 dogs for sterilization. From booking an appointment to the day of the surgery. Evey staff member was very helpful and caring from the receptionist to the Vet Doctors. The place has the best order when you arrive and because of that it's not packed and it's chaos Free. Thanks Lunga and the Vet for doing your best
Helped my puppy quick and easy with his injection and no long queuing.
I would recommend if it was cost effective. One matter that I found disappointing was: give the amounts due to them immediately. I was quoted an amount but when I was ready to leave, add on amounts were given. I was referred by a vet as it would be cost effective to visit them instead of the vet. The result was that I paid close to the original amount quoted by the vet and with the increasing fuel prices, I could have remained and paid a vet. The overall service and attention my pet received, is highly appreciated. My pet recovered well.
They give the best service to animals, however the staff lack people skills. Not friendly at all.
I have reported about a stray dog and immediately she was rescued the next day
