Annemarie's Exotic Nails

This is the worst experience ever made an appointment and on arriving my name is not in the book. Have an event today that's why I made it at 9:00 now there is nothing they can do. Only at 12. What is the meaning of making an appointment

I'm disappointed with the service received where as it was my first time there. I came in on Friday for price enquiries and to find out if I can set an appointment or they only accept walk in clients. The receptionist confirmed that it is walk in clients accepted. I ensured I came in at 9 to be at least one of the 1st clients to be there. Which I was not, there were 4 ladies in front of me. However I can see that there were others who just arrived and are given more attention. When I ask why other ladies are coming in front of us she tells me that they are appointment based only. I told the reception I specifically came on Friday on how they work as I have never been there before. Why did she not tell me about an appointment that I would need to set up. Mind you I was not even sure who will be next because if the next booking for an appointment comes through I will need to wait! I cannot say how they nails, I walked out as I was annoyed after wasting my time for 2 hours waiting to be served.

They are quite good, there’s a booking system so book an appointment!

I went there yesterday for manicure and pedicure, I must say they know what they are doing. The nail technicians are friendly as well, thanks to Faith and Nokuthula for outstanding service. Keep up the good work.
