Very bad service, went there on Tuesday for a battery replacement and was told that they only do repairs on Wednesdays and that they have to order the battery first witch takes about 4 days to arrive. So if it comes later than Wednesday you have to wait another week for something as simple as a battery replacement... Not expected this from a 'premium brand'
This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life been struggling for a week and a half now to just do my upgrade... everytime I go there if its in the morning or afternoon or weekend or in the week they tell me they cant help me because they close in a few hours or i wasnt in the que i needed to phone and put myself in a que because of loadshedding and and and ive never been more discussed by apples service ever in my life !!!! bare in mind that this was the manager of this istore that told me he cant assist me because they close in a few hours. How difficult is it to do an upgrade its a 30minute progress. Ive never experienced such bad customer service from any mobile company.
Bought a brand new macbook, had it on for one hour. Then screen went black. Took it back to istore. Now I have to wait 2 weeks just to see IF there is any problems with the macbook!!! How come I have to wait 2 weeks for their product that is at fault!
Had the worst experience. Went there twice and on both days I had to wait for more than 3 to 4 hours to be assisted with an MTN upgrade, and there is only 1 person who does MTN upgrades. There's a lot of busy bodies that are just occupying the space. I do not recommend it at all and the system they use to que people is just lame.
Worst service ever received! Waited 3 hrs to collect phone and they just serve people that came after us. When we asked it was 45 min. Then changed and the last time i enquired then they said another 35 min. Walked out without phone it is ridiculous for Premium brand to have this bad service.
Pleasant welcome right at their doorway. Knowledgeable staff. Meaningful advice, and great service. Keep it up.
I’d just like to say a huge thank you to Brandon at the iStore, Loch Logan. You are the absolute best in the business. You throughly entertained us the entire time you did my upgrade. I’ve never laughed so much. My upgrade was swift and so easy. I’m loving my new IPhone 13 pro and in my favourite green, which you made sure was available. Awesome awesome awesome! I can’t wait to do my other device upgrades at this store. 10/10
Terrible and rude service. We went to the store to get a damage report on my apple Ipad Pro for my insurance to pay for a new one. We stood about 20minutes at the first counter only to be redirected to the service counter section at the back around the corner no visible signage. The manager took us to this section and asked us to stand behind the lines at these counters, the next minute one of the staff working behind the service counter guy with dreads rudely left his customer and ordered us to stand outside in an extremely audacious manner! Please put up signage and do not have your first social distancing markers inside the service area. Thanks but I will not even return for any future purchases.
Not the service I expect from n premium brand. Have to wait 5 hours in a que for a new contract while there are so many warm bodies just standing around. Apparently only 1 person doing MTN contract. Wat se kak is daai. Do yourself a favour and order online or even try MTN or Vodacom next door.
have not yet bought anything from store ,but when I was looking for something I like ,the assist was so good ,and didnt mind helping at all ! ill be sure to go back and buy my product from them ,thank you istore bloem…
