Aqua Room Laundry

My clothes always come back smelling so nice. Love it.

Just used Aqua room for the first time the other day. SO happy I did. Laundry is my least favorite household chore, and when you have a hectic life like i do, it's worth it to pay a little to have it taken care of for you. The clothes smelled great, they were folded better than I ever can do, and they even hung up a few of my dresses/jackets on hangers to avoid wrinkles. I had a boatload of laundry because I avoid doing laundry at all costs, so i was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I highly recommend this service!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you aqua room for making my life just a little easier.

I lost a few items from my laundry. My son's clothes where missing a few items too. I found clothes I didn't know on my laundry, I took them back, but never recieved mine. My white items were stained, I think they mix colours. I once fetched my white skinny jeans looking green, I took them back to show them, they said I should have rinsed it, it was just a soap "Arial". And when you keep complaining or pointing out to them what you do not like, they get very annoyed.

My whites came back brighter. I received my laundry & blanket the same day, oh, and I used my card for payment, talk about convenience. This is a hidden gem in Soweto. Underated for sure.

Friendly, clothes always come neatly packed and u don't even need to iron them most of the time.

terrible experience, the clothes are partially clean, some of my clothes came back with stains on them as if bleach was used customer service is terrible, they have VISA sign outside but every time I have to swipe my card there's issues, this is a terrible laundry I don't recommend it to anyone

Not bad but as for white clothes no they cant wash clean
