My mother has been a resident since early February 2023. As a retired Registered Nurse I am very pleased with her community of healthcare providers at the facility. All of the staff members I have interacted with are friendly. One of the things I was most impressed with is everyone calls my 94 year old mother by her name. She is treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.
So far so good..this company just need to Iron out a few kinks and it should be a good place to work. 3rd shift is Super lots of team work.
Very disappointed in new corporation take over. No values and no respect for long time staff. Update- not sure what the point of your response was, I have personally never worked for you. I am so glad that you value the wages and employment packages you offer. However it’s pretty comical that you believe that would constitute a 1 star rating from a non-employee. Phenix City Health Care provides top tier health care services that you can’t get anywhere else. The staff and administration are the best around and are constantly taking charge to be innovative and precise with all health care options. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for long term care for a loved one. They have truly helped my family in time of need.
