I had an extremely horrible treatment renting under Aida Midrand mainly coming from Nadia. She went as far as calling me crazy and drunk simply because I sent her a message which she ignored and later told her I did not send the message. The amount of anger that I was shown is very shocking. When moving in I told them I will be running business and when I did they came and without warning kicked me out. They then went on to manufacture damages that do not exist just to find a way to not pay back my rental deposit. Among those claims were things like claiming that we made the walls dirty which we did not, said my cars damaged their pave and even the gentleman who was doing exit inspection saw that there was no pavement that was damaged. The gate at the communal premises was not working due to a broken motor and they wanted to pin it on me, when I told them to show us when exactly we damaged the gate the statement was withdrawn. Basically they were working extremely hard to make sure I do not get my rental deposit. When I was moving in, the place was shown to me through a window, I suspect they were hiding the incomplete shower that we had to shower in it because we had no choice, I do not think any human being should be showering in a shower like that I have pictures of it. They also were just telling us they gave us 2 keys even if they gave us one key. It is one thing to claim that they gave us 2 key but another to verbally abuse us for denying the claim, which they had zero proof of. I was not even sent an exit statement detailing what happened to my rental deposit 3 months after I left the place, it literally just disappeared! I have records of Nadia calling me crazy and drunk and I hope they land in the right person that can bring justice to the situation.
