Terrible! Needed a R3 starter for a 22W flourescent. Apparently "system" won't allow an invoice for that amount! Wanted me to spend to the point where "system" would give an invoice. Hmmmm.....
EDIT: Even though they reply to a review to solve the issue, you never hear back from them and will be be left un helped. Sales people make empty promises and lie. Mayesh was meant to order a light switch from the Durban branch for me on Monday 2 weeks ago because you no longer carried stock of it. He assured me it would be sent on Wednesday and I could collect on Thursday, I go to collect on Thursday and he says it didn't come because you had IT issues, it'll come on Friday. The following Monday I try collect, he still blames IT issues but he has requested it again and it'll come Wednesday, I call on Thursday to collect, he says it has arrived but IT issues again prevent him from loading it before I can get it. Try calling on Friday and Mayesh is never available. Another guy says Mayesh has left for the day, I ask him to check with him about my switch, He comes back to me to say it is only now on it's way from Durban and will be in later Friday afternoon. I call today, Monday, and he is off but the opthers assure me it didn't come. How can you be so bad at your job you have to lie multiple times to cover up and then keep lying?
Is two weeks an acceptable time to wait on a quote that can't be more than R9 000? Getting no response on my follow-up emails. Worst service I've received from any supplier.

Giving a one star because there is no zero star took seven calls to get through to a salesperson asked for a particular product and was answered with a what. Repeated myself they said I don't know and put the phone down. Googling another supplier now.
It's unacceptable that after spending so much I wasn't even allowed to use the trolley to take my items to the, I looked like an employee carrying all those things back to my car. Disappointing to say the least
Poor poor service in PMB. Even worse no customer comunication. Always run out of stuff. Loong waiting period after paying Especially for individual customers is worse Not replying on emails on quatations
My 1 stop shop for electrical spares in Pmb . And my mate Sunil Singh - very helpful . Have developed a great relationship over the years .
Staff definitely do not enjoy their jobs. Its almost as if its a real effort for them to assist you.
It was great, but too much waiting probably due to locknown staffing issues!
