I am so impressed with the treatment and level of service supplied at ARCA drug rehabilitation centre in Durban. I can honestly say ALL the staff went out of their way to provide me with the best treatment available, and I was treated with the utmost respect throughout my stay. I was prescribed opiate pain medication when discharged from hospital 3 monyhs ago without knowing the prescribed medication was addictive, I soon had to take the medication just to stop myself feeling ill. Once admitted to ARCA drug rehab in Durban I felt zero pain or withdrawn symptoms. I feel I should add that I have had experience with other good alcohol and drug treatment centres, but nothing compares to the type of treatment offered by ARCA Durban, they have taken drug treatment to another level. Truly ground treatment. Thank you to all the staff, you all deserve 10 stars
This place saved my marriage and my life ,thank you very much. ARCA durban does not only tackle addiction but also psychological factors that may lead to addiction and also offers additional support for patients and their families. The staff members are friendly and supportive during the programme.
I admitted to ARCA1st time at rehab in my life and the programme is significantly powerful and changed my life. Every facet from physical, emotional and mental health of mine has improved so much and they their sessionsgroup & 1to1 are done by really skilled and experienced professionals. I'll strongly recommend ARCA to anyone!
I was going through so much in my life that I resorted to substance abuse which made a negative impact in my personal and work life, I have been upset and lost almost everything including my dignity. I was then admitted to ARCA on the 24th August and I must admit I was scared of the unknown but it was the greatest decision of my life. You go through a detox for three days which literally flushes all toxins in your body making you feel lighter immediately. Thereafter you go through intense psychological evaluation from the Psychiatrist and the Social worker. You then attend various activities the whole day which keeps you focused and occupied for the duration of your stay. I made a lot of friends, I didn't think I'd ever stop my addiction but today I want nothing more than staying clean and would recommend ARCA to anyone who wants to make a change in their lives. A special Thank you to Dr Naidoo, Dr Moodley, Sello, Vanashree, Sr Cele, Leanne and the cleaning staff.
My stay here was enjoyable and I must commend all professionalism and dedication of all the staff members at the facility.In terms of treatment, I must say that this is a state of the art facility using the latest tools and technology available to treat the problem of addiction. Thank you.
