Assupol Life(Durban)

Not happy at all about Assupol,I surrender my RA some month ago and go my pay out last month,but am still paying my premium. I would like to have an explanation.

I covered my father with Assupol through a broker, a foreign guy... and unfortunately my father past away last month and when I get there to check for my father's policy I find that the ID number and the name wasn't his and they even add the policy I didn't know about , it appears that I joined it last year and I didn't take that policy.... I don't get correspondence and statements for these policies... the foreign guys and assupol have let me down and I want nothing to do with them.

I have encountered such poor services at the Durban branch on 320 Dr. Pixley KaSeme ,the receptionists are not so welcoming and have a terrible attitude. How do you then say the companies interest is for the mass and is for handling such important and dignified matters ... I'm very much disappointed

One can never get to the enquiries department of the central durban branch.I have tried repeatedly for a whole week but the sales department has consultants but cannot help with queries.It's very annoying,considering withdrawing my policy

Friendly consultants, they know their products and explain to us as clients clearly

There was not alot of people making it easier to walk around and not bump into each other
