Pathetic is not the word for the shop. We went to get some plumbing needs because our toilet inlet pipe burst after hours for hardware shops to be open when we walked in the staff started following us like we were going to steal something, while we were getting some extra things for our new flat. The one staff member started chasing us out saying they were going to close, it was 19:40. If that wasn't bad enough the globe I bought didn't work and the pipe didn't have it's seals, when I took it back the same guy that chased us out didn't want to refund or exchange the goods. After that we went to buy airfreshner for our vehicle the pink ones in the 1liter bottles we got home home and opened the bottle just to find out that there was no scent to the pink fluid. When we returned it the guy had one hel of an attitude and also didn't want to refund us, after a huge argument he gave us R27 out of the R39 rand we paid for it and told us to never sit our feet there again. Usually we loved shopping there but now I won't even go there anymore even if it's an emergency and also to think of it, they are overpriced aswell not to mention not very clean, rat feces and roaches everywhere. Especially where the household items is and underneath the shelves. Bread they also claim they are baking them self are actually bread that is baked by Friendly in Holton street in Sasolburg. If you buy viennas, russians or polony there make sure about the expire date on it.
The shop is fairly well situated for a quick stop shop and they seem to have all the necessities
Not bad at all except for the bunny chows taste like cardboard stealth mode
