I arrive at store at 2:15pm to buy pipes and they decide to close 1 hour before their advertised closing time. Security refuses to let me in. Calls are cut off. Terrible service.

Sales person on a personal call for 10 minutes. Waited patience lye. Asked for a  quote of about 15 items as per list. Received quote after 10 to 15 minutes with 2 items not quoted for. Poor customer service.
