Used these guys reluctantly as I saw the reviews! Omg they were amazing. Punctual, attentive to my requests, took great care in all my things. Really polite nice guys. No need to go anywhere else would use them again!!
I used this company in February. The guys were great and worked very hard. Good price compared to other quotes and very accommodating.
We had numerous pieces stolen during our move from Southampton to Newbury. I notified the owner and basically got a shrug of the shoulders. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!
These guys moved me and my family 100+ miles 5 days before Christmas, the boss was spot on with great and clear communication, and the two workmen Jason and Paul were awesome, they made a real effort to protect floors and walls they hardly took any breaks and loaded and unloaded everything with care and consideration, honestly thank you lads much appreciated from me and family.

We used Astra Removals for our 3 bed house move and not only was it very good value in comparison to other quotes we had, the service was fantastic. In the run up to our move, Ricky was luckily able to be flexible with the dates, which kept changing due to a long exchange process. On move day, I couldn't fault them at all - professional, hard working, all our belongings were moved with care and on time. Thank you very much Astra Removals!
Although competitive, his response to questions was very poor. On the day he was a van short and offered a reduced rate if he could use my works van. This reduced rate never materialised despite messaging him but getting the usual no response. We gave up! Not exactly honourable. We also found a number of items broken whilst unpacking them but to be honest, that was half expected.
I discovered some of my stuff had been stolen. Astra refused to cover the cost. Police informed.
No real care and attention, many items subsequently damaged no resolution
Couldn’t fault them, they went the extra mile in every aspect.
