It takes over an hour to enter the premises  to pick up spares ordered. When you get to the dispatch/stores area, nobody acknowledges you or offers any assistance. Waited for over 45 mins before we got to speak to someone. It is like you entering the land of the living dead.  Just shocking!!!!  No customer service whatsoever.  Just a word of advice, never get complacent because you have a strong brand and market share.  Your poor customer service cost companies money for waiting  hours to be helped.

Pathetic service. I phoned this morning with an urgent enquiry. The receptionist told me that they were having problems with their switchboard but she would ask a consultant to call me. I waited 2 hours and nobody called me so I called back. The receptionist said she would send another message to the consultant to call me. I managed to get an email address from her after a couple of requests. I then sent an email request with my enquiry marked as urgent. As I type this message, it is 17.23pm and nobody has called me back and nobody has responded to my email request :

Service extremely bad, except for switch board ladies that was very helpfull and polite.

Very unprofessional as they don't know where there parcels are for collection and send it by mistake to Runstenburg. We'll done.

Very fast service, helpful and delivery times are great. MUCH better to deal with than barloworld
