Poor service received for such a professional institution, rude salesman and all information on invoice wrong and when asked to rectify I was told it doesn't make a difference but on my filing it does. The installation was also done poor as clips was broken off and left as is....this is the reason I don't let my vehicle go out of my site when work is done. Nothing was said just left as is....this is not on ! Would not recommend them at all. Doesn't deserve a star rating

Trustworthy, always helpful with any vehicle problems even if they have to redirected you to other pro-companies for assistance. Supports community projects-funding at level best. They installed a tracker in my vehicle 8 years ago. Although there was several theft attempts it was unsuccessful.

I was warmfully welcomed and assisted in a manner no one would believe.i.e my BT50 key battery housing was damaged during battery replacement.So Car -Hi-Fi repaired it in 13minutes at no cost.l intend replacing my old alarm mobilizer with them with costs this time around

Great service friendly staff

Very efficient staff. Went to get a new battery Willard. The replaced and tested the new battery in less than 20 min but then I was the only customer at that stage. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them too.

The waiting area can be made more client friendly. The chairs is uncomfortable and it was very hot in there as there is no airconditioning. Management can consider putting vending machines there for cold and hot drinks and snacks or have it available for purchase. I was therein excessof 3 hours. Otherwise the service was good.
