Bevan and his team were great! I had a persistent problem with my security system, which Bevan was able to fix within a day and for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with the neatness of the work and the attention paid to my specific requests. Bevan continues to follow up to every other week to ensure that my system is functioning as it should. I wholeheartedly recommend Bevan and the crew at Auto Systems Security. I wont use anyone else for something as important as my home's security system.
I would highly recommend this company. Auto Systems Security recently installed an alarm system and CCTV cameras at my house. I looked around for a number of quotes and they managed to put together a quote that was better than any other company. Bevan was very professional in quoting on a solution that would best work for me by assessing my property. The installation team did an amazing job of running the cables and everything was extremely neat and tidy once they completed. They did such a good job that I have requested them to come back and fix the gate motor as well as the intercom system. Awesome work guys, very happy with the installation!

A year ago we had a power surge which resulted in damage not only to our garage motor but also the actual garage door itself. Many, as in three other contractors came to our home between June last year and October 2018 to fix the problem in roughly 3 month intervals. Every time I was assured the problem was resolved but this proved never to be the case. Out of frustration and desperation at a point, I was eventually referred to Auto Systems Security by a friend who guaranteed they would be able to solve my garage door problem. With little hope, I thought what have i got to lose and asked for their assistance. Their professional and detailed diagnosis of the root cause of the problem was immediately brought to my attention which all 3 prior contractors failed to identify. The problem was resolved in a matter of days and throughout this period I received constant feedback in terms of timelines and handling my expectation. Although this was obviously my problem to solve, I really got the impression that Jeff, the gentleman from Auto Systems Security that assisted me, almost personalized the problem and dealt with it as if it was his very own garage door at home. I am now happy to report that our garage door now even sounds different when it opens and closes and can confirm that the problem has eventually been resolved. Service and attention to detail is sadly, if hardly ever experienced like this in today's world.
Don't recommend this company ,you have to follow up on them and after they drop u at the last minute and tell you that you stay very far we can't help you!
