Absolutely love this place. So tranquil
Lovely day out... enjoyed the best samoosas ever!
It's a decent fair with horse riding for the kiddies and plenty of food stalls to feed the hungry. This will suit newcomers and bored weekenders well, however regular visitors will be left disappointed as the fair tends to have the same stalls and hardly anything new to offer during it's next event.
Lovely day out with stalls offering food arts and crafts.
Have always been supporter of this flea market/farmers market and thoroughly enjoyed it with a wide variety of stalls and foodstuffs and also arts and crafts and pony rides for the kiddies with live entertainment and plenty parking .........- My previous review about cover charge will be a one time only cover charge for a special entertainer so I have changed my rating
Top flea market on the first Sunday of every month. You have to check their Facebook page sometimes, as they fo have other flea markets or change the date due to weather or festivities. Farmers bring fresh produce as lots of homemade items from RSA olive oil, clothing, cheese, pottery, knitted goods, jams and pickles, quality jewellery, leather work, art work, salami, biltong, etc. There are some hot food stalls as well. A view of a lovely lake with horses grazing around it.
Always pleasant to visit the Avalon market. The Thai food stall is our highlight!
This is the place to visit for a relaxed Sunday. I loved the flowers I bought for my garden. There were different stalls from clothes to beverages. A definite place to visit.
Lovely area and unique items.. food was a delight aswell.
Great market. Fantastic stalls and awesome food. Will definitely be going again
