What a nightmare experience, had to make all arrangements myself because no work was done a day before the service. Flowers was old, no flowers in church but yet i got quoted for it and overcharged too. Requested a new quotation 4 times and still waiting for it. Had to call Heidelberg and Springs branch for assistance. Will not use Yolanda @ AVBOB Nigel ever again!!
You have been warned not to use Avbob Nigel! Rather contact Heidelberg or Springs for assistance. It seems that an individual may allegedly not be fully certified as per legal requirements, really naughty of you !!! Will have to spend some time investigating these rumor's and if true report it to newspapers, governing bodies, Avbob HQ etc. Like I said you are advised to stay well clear of Avbob Nigel as you will be shocked at the lack of professional and competent service being offered. Got some interesting feedback from other Avbob branches regarding the Nigel branch. It is clear many people has had issues internal & external and to be honest one name keeps coming up as the problem, which I will address in a methodical process over weeks and if needed months :- Avbob HQ needs to make some "ghost" calls with staff and customers plus follow-up with satisfaction surveys to identify the rotten apple, easy to spot just as easy it was to spot the old flowers being used at the funeral. Just because an person has passed there is no need to use flowers that also passed on > Update to be posted on social medias - Twitter, Facebook etc 16-05-2022 Update - Still Waiting - Cremation: We have had no feedback regarding the cremation. When and where will this take place is anybody’s guess? What will be on the engraving plate, nobody has asked us? What will the ash coffin look like? When will we receive our beloved Mother’s ashes? Avbob Nigel needs to be proactive about this, yet is not? Surely just doing a follow-up call few days after the funeral service to confirm this is not too much to ask. Even beter, address this prior to the service.
If I could give it 0 stars I would!! The amount of thought they put in to the service was non existent. Making use of old dying flowers that were most likely used at previous funerals makes me sick.
