Should be open between 08:00 and 12:00. Arrived 08:30 - nobody.. Phoned number on door and was instructed to be there at 10:00.. 10:15 - Nobody there... all contact numbers goes to voicemail. National contact centre tried to contact agent.. no avail. At the end of day had to drive to George. Thanks Avis Mossel Bay... you absolutely shined with absence.
Shop were closed when I got there 10 o'clock morning, had to park car in front and leave keys in box.
Got very quick service. my original rental was replaced with a smile in 10 minutes I was already on my way. For directions, the branch is right at the Volkswagen dealership. Google maps tells you've arrived about 200 meters short.
This tiny Avis office was a little hard to find but minimal effort later and we were in the office with possibly the friendliest agent ever. No fuss and reasonably priced. Smiles all round.

Very helpful staff. I wanted to exchange the car, they didnt have the car at their office, so the guy specially went to their other center 40kms away to bring the car
