Avis Park Lodge

Staying at Avis Park Lodge has always been like a home away from home.Staff is always friendly,and the food is great.I always feel safe when staying over here,and the staff always do their best to make everything as comfortable as possible.The rates are very affordable.I would always recommend them for travelling business people aswell as families on route to the Kruger Park,or any other holiday destination in the area. I will definitely book here again

I was there for a week with my colleagues and we had the most terrible week. 1. The rooms are very cold, there is a very small heater by the door and it doesn’t really help as it goes on and off. 2. There is a notice in the rooms that towels and beddings are only changed after every four days. 3. The pool is very small and very dirty. 4. There is a notice at the entrance that says “enter at your own risk” . The rooms don’t even smell nice & the blankets will leave some white things on your clothes low quality The food is very nice shame & the stuff is okay. But their boss is very rude!

It's a clean environment, helpful staff, friendly management, always willing to provide custom services, the house keepers are really not just Avis Park employees but are doing the lord's work, my son had friends, grandma's and uncles in them.. I bought alcohol in their bar, I fell sick during the night vomiting only to realize that the alcohol had expired. When I informed them in the morning, that white man was very arrogant. Told me that I can't get sick over expired alcohol and he drank the remaining bottle. He said if he gets sick then he will pay for my Dr's consultation . Very rude amd arrogant, i will never go there again!

There was loadshedding planned for the area. Weren't notified that there was going to be loadshedding. Nothing is reserved for the customer when this happens. No candles, no back up power or torchesRooms: 3/5

I had an amazing stay at Avis Park. The food was excellent and accommodation was comfortable. All my needs were catered for in the friendliest way possible. Thanks again to the staff and management for going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks that you even ferried me around when I was stuck without transport!
