Guys, Avis has the best service ever.  The lady at the service desk was so friendly and helpful on June 27. Talking about someone who knows how to keep customers, i was having a very bad day, but i left there with a smile. *****

They don't allow someone to rent you a car online they want he or she to come to the branch I mean it's 2022 nobody has time for that

I liked the fact that you spend less than 20 minutes when fetching a rented car, and everything is done through the internet.

They try harder indeed. Wide selection of vehicles to rent out.

Friendly staff, quick service and time saving. I love that company..tops

My favourite aspect about my time here was the staff members who assisted me at the parking bay. The gentleman  who checked the car with me and gave me some pointers about the car before I drove out. And the other gentleman and lady who were at the parking bay when I returned the car. They kept me good company while I waited for my ride to pick me up. All three of these staff members were efficient and friendly. I have no complaints about this Avis.

This company sucks. I had a problem with the amount  they booked from my bank account and when I called there they said that I have to call my bank so they can releas the money they are holding back for Avis. When I called the bank it turned out that this was not the case and when I called them again, they told me that they are charging about 200€ for a damage in the car. I had insurances for that and Reporter the damage by the Police.They also gold me that if I go to the Police I will Not have to pay anything. Also a wrong statement.

Returned the car then we were told its dirty and they would charges us R415.00 for it to be cleaned. Then they also said the was damage on the window, and nothing else. After we left suddenly the window scratch dissapeared but they now claim a scratch on the passenger door that was not there during the initial inspection when we brought back the car. They are now trying to tell us they are going to charge us for damages they 'discovered ' when we had already left.
