Last weekend I used A-Z. Was well taken care of. More than enough and very good quality. The website faltered and then we called. Extremely friendly and professional help. Delivery well on time. Collection of the whole lot also very correct. All in all, we more than liked it. Next time.
Feel like A-Z BBQ has grown too fast and they can't keep up now. Get unprofessional on the phone, get a call that the driver is on his way, which is very neat by the way. But you have to guess on behalf of whom the person is being called, no mention of hello with .. from A-Z BBQ. The driver then brought a bus that apparently was filled incorrectly, first all gas bottles from other orders had to be removed and only then was there access to my order with crates. The driver spent +/- 20 minutes getting everything out of his bus. Can I bake the baguettes myself, I wonder how? Do I have to cut it in half first? 1 whole baguette really doesn't fit in my oven. This while last summer 2022 the baguettes were still neatly baked. I was always satisfied with the service in the past, but the last order was really disappointing for me. Not sure if I'm going to look for a competitor.
A-z bbq was already ordered for the 4th time by us. They also managed to find their way in a newly completed residential area. Neatly in the time slot, the driver arrived. Neat explanation about the food and the crockery. Sufficient meat and varied salads and sauces and bread. Nice not washing up and scrubbing on a caked bbq. Tomorrow the crates again and the rest back at the front door. Everything again of good quality.
