Excellent service a cable was made up by Dion while I was waiting

I called BJ's yesterday the 8th of October inquiring about vehicle number plates. The lady inspoke transferred my call to a guy who told me they do them. I asked if they will put on for me and how much do they charge. The guy said yes, and they do not charge for that. Today Oct the 9th after paying for my number plates, I am told they ain't going to put it on. They just do not do that. What makes me angry is.....why that guy lied to me. What's the reason for him to lie. Sadly I didn't even ask his name. I feel cheated on.

Not so good, when you buy something they tell you it can't be returned and I mean who does that? Its either they selling fake or they act like Chinese shops

BJ's sold me break pads that warn out within 4 days...I asked for a refund...and was told a brand new story on earth. They told me to give them my rare rare drums for investing. Due to this inferior break pads two of my wheel studs broke of and I almost flipped my car. They had no interest in my life nore my car...and to this date has not paid me back my money or had any remorse towards my ordeal. My best advice before buying any product from BJ's is to have a 110% guarantee on the product.
