Bongi the store staff was very rude and aggressive with me yesterday, what a horrible service from the store BP cascaro motors jhb , I ordered 2 magnum almond ice cream on bolt food and 1dry lemon and a sprite body. Bolt couldn't find a courier for sometime until I had to go and pick it up by myself. I found the order unpacked no one was available to assist for sometime except the cashier. After several minutes of waiting comes Bongi to pack the order . She hand me over the order knowing exactly what I order is out of stock because I didn't realize that, I had so much faith in the server I literally opened one ice cream right away and begin to eat that's when I begin to notice the difference of taste and I asked her ,she explained it's out of stock which was not a big deal then I requested a different flavor for the unopened one she refused aggressively and immediately locked the door for almost an hour . I tried to speak to her she was not saying anything until I tried to phone BP head office and I was behind hours to reach out to them . I spend 45 to 60 minutes inside until I called the store number on bolt food , I then spoke to the lady who handled everything precisely. Bongi was a very disgusting service ever .I enda up returning everything walking out empty handed due to this I completely lost appetite. Bongi was a nightmare
Was at Bp garage in Randfontein Lazaar road, there were 3 petrol attendants, 2 were working n 1 was just chatting with his friend taking his time n there were a lot of cars waiting, ppl were complaining then he told them that it’s not his problem that they are in hurry, his on time, they mustn’t bring their problems to him, then continued chatting to his friend as if we not there. I’m very disappointed. Bad bad service

I was robbed at BP Bram Fischer Dr and 1st avenue Linden by a petrol attendant that took my R100 but never poured the petrol. The manager is not even helpful there. Please be very careful when using that branch they employed a tsotsi that is ruining the business reputation. I don't even want to say anything by the so called manager who can't deal with the queries.
It makes zero sense to me that BP managers are not available on the phone after 16:00 yet you operate 24/7. Your staff cannot take decisions on the spot. It makes BP inefficient. I bought gas and the cylinder i was given was faulty. I was told to come back in the morning. faulty
I went into BP Oasis N1 south, I bought a product inside and the lady asked for my card I past to her, she then said whats your password. I said to her no people should not share the card passwords. This woman then said I won't use, I told her to pass the machine no password. If money goes off for anything other than what I bought I will hold BP liable.
went to put in petrol for R70.00 to my surprise there was not change on the number of kilometres left to travel before I run out on my i120 ,asked what happened from the guy that was assisting me and he said he did put in petrol and has a slip to show, he looked on all the slips he had could not find mine . he went to the cashiers the only slip for R70 they could find was for way earlier and for a 93 and I mine was supposed to be a 95 adv. the guy it’s not mine and he went back to the cashiers and they adv. that's the only one for R70 asked for the Manager he came to my surprise with the slip for 7h15 for R70 for R95 and R140 which they said was combined with someone else , I asked the manager to check and tell me what is going on here and he said they will look at the footage only in the morning to see what happened I went there in the morning met another manager that said all he knows is the petrol was put in and there is nothing he can do for me and he continued to say if you put in R70 on his i10 there will be no change in the kilometres left for him to travel before he runs out and definitely will be no changed and in the number of bars you have left. I know this is my first time put in less than R100 but how can almost 4 litters make no change at all and was advised by Both managers it’s not the first time they get such complaints and they tell people it will show after sometime if it does not people must come back and they do not so to them that is confirmation that it did show but same time he says on his i10 R70 worth of petrol will not make any difference so I'm confused and very angry Kiasha Park PB corner Golden highway and wimbledon road lenasia south johannesburg
It is a real pity that you can't actually speak to someone at BP. When you call the Head Office number in Johannesburg, you get routed to a voice mailbox. I have never been able to speak to someone at BP - what a terrible view of such a great company. It is clear BP South Africa doesn't care what we think of them . . .

Just do not use the public toilets inside it is shockingly DIRTY and a high risk of infection .... walked out straight away.... BP Corlett off ramp up towards oxford Rosebank on the Left..... run people
