The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially to the older folks. They have a great second hand game selection as well. You can also sell some of your second hand games, but you will be payed in in store credit. Overall it's very pleasant
Not a bad store by any means but I keep running into issues. If you are looking for any game remotely out of the ordinary or even very popular they don't have stock. I have even been told on more than one occasion, "why don't you just buy the game digitally?" I mean, I came to the store to support them by purchasing an item and I get chased away in a sense. Overall not a bad store, I have just had some bad experiences. I mostly had to resort to looking elsewhere to find some items and it can sometimes be difficult.
Very friendly staff, always helping me out with my random questions. Store is also very well designed. I am very impressed with the availability of the Pre-played games and the ease of the Pre-played games process.
I was looking for WWE2K20 Playstation game and I was given some really good advice about the game and possible issues I might encounter due to updates. I thought it was very helpful and good to know before I chose to make the purchase. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely support again.
