B3 is the worst funeral services you can ever think of. My mom made a claim in 20 Sept 2021, the funeral is over and still no payout. Apparently they have a long list of payout they have to go through before they pay her. The sad thing is she was unable to contribute to her mom's funeral because B3 have a long list!!!
On 20 January 2022, we are still waiting for a death claim duly lodged on 05 November 2021. Disappointment is an understatement for their service... .
B3 Polokwane is pathetic and their rude staff needs training, their behavior is utterly disgusting. I would not recommend using their services
