Nice to shop but the lady needs to smile n be more customer friendly ,she didn't assist me well ,she couldn't even take my cell number down to call me and advise me if the other store had the takkies I wanted..she's needs to learn customer service skills..she's petite n has long grey hair oldish I'm new in Port Elizabeth n her shop is down town...not the shop in the corner it's further away

This was honestly the worst experience ever! And most definitely not the first time!! We get there, ask for help we get told that they will be there soon, stood there for about 10min had to call the guy AGAIN, we get told that he is busy in the back. We understood. He comes out after some time & tell us they want to close we have to leave. We get the shoe we want & we get told they cannot find the box and we should come the next day. Honestly the WORST!

Very good product on display, amplified by inspired sales staff. Sad that their pricing is very rigid. No bulk discount granted.

This is a convenient shop for branded clothing. However the lady who handled my check out was rude to me. I felt she projected racism towards me with the way she spoke to me. Stop with the attitude lady and if a customer asks politely, respond accordingly.

I only had R1000 cash on me for a sneaker that said R1000 in the window and when i asked for my size the worker said that its only R1000 for kiddies sizes , but then why did they put the kiddies sizes next to the normal sizes and also the lady who worked there told me all the nike sneakers are the same price but i got another nike sneaker for a R1000 but she told me the nike sneaker that i wanted in the window cost R1600 , im very disappointed and i buy alot of sneakers i will never buy there again because i cant trust them

Variety is very much welcomed n da prices r reasonable n fair 4 da quality up 4 purchase. I mean we've travelled 300ks just 4 da range on display.

Layout is the same for years. Service need to be faster and effective. Otherwise do not be complacent. I love the founder members.
