Friendly staff and great service. Definitely an "All Your Need" shop
Very friendly and helpful sales staff. If they don't have something or the colour you need, they always make an alternative suggestion.
Fantastic hardware store they just about everything a DIY enthusiast will need. They appear to focus on oddities you can't by at the big Hardware Chains
Convenience at your doorstep. Have most hardware items and reasonable prices. Saves you from going all the way to a busy central town. Friendly and helpful staff.
I have never met such friendly staff in my life. They are always willing to assist. The store has always catered for my needs. Whether it's a leak in my ceiling or I need to repair copper pipes, Mica always has what I need. Mica Hayfields is without a doubt my favourite hardware store.

Finding it more and more difficult to find what I'm looking for. The previous was an old review. New review Visited this store again on 17 February 2022 to buy a simple plastic toilet roll holder. NO STOCK. Supposedly waiting for import? What a lot of rubbish. Spoke to at least 5 staff and nobody really cares. Pathetic. Once again, visited this shop for basic hardware items. Most items I was looking for, out of stock.
Not impressed with the key cutting division, took a simple key in to have a duplicate one cut and ended up going back three more times before they eventually got it right, and travelled 36kilos in total. NOT GOOD. That is very EXPENSIVE and all the assistant did is shrug his shoulders. I'm disappointed big time.
Staff always ready and willing to assist and go the extra mile, always a pleasure shopping here
The staff who work here are always friendly and helpful. 99% of the time I can get what I am looking for.
