Excellent service from start to finish. Professional advice on survey, we agreed LVT would be fitted to our lounge, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. Several sample boards were provided and we were able to choose the exact colour/style we wanted. Subsequently installed to a high standard. I’ve had a very different experience with Baileys Flooring which I feel people need to be aware of. I had them in to do a stair runner for me which they advised wouldn’t be a problem and they could get me booked in quickly. Seemed really nice guys and very helpful but turned out to be full of broken promises. This was due to be done June 2021, everything had arrived with them and ready but it never happened. We started chasing with phone calls and emails, very hard to get hold of and then the excuses came but we tried to be understanding and were happy to wait and be patient. We were booked in again for the end of July 2021 but once again that didn’t happen, we had the COVID excuse this time which again is understandable but looking back now I’m not sure if that was the case. After this it became very hard to get hold of them unless we used numbers they didn’t know. When we did get through, he said sorry I’m in Ibiza which didn’t go down that well when we should be having our carpet done and we were not aware he would be away. This is when we started to realise this wasn’t going to happen so started to look around for someone else, but we still wanted to give Baileys one more go first. We finally spoke to them after several failed calls and emails and said are you still happy to do this and want to do it, we just wanted some honesty, they were happy and said yes for sure but we are so busy it can’t happen until mid/end September 2021, but we will get it done so we trusted them and waited. That was our last contact with them, haven’t heard anything since! What they don’t realise is this is people’s homes which they take pride in and put their faith into people doing things right and to be honest. Luckily, I got someone else who has done an amazing job without any delay. I would recommend using other local flooring companies which deserve your custom and money. I wasn't going to mention my mum, but just for your records, that work wasn't started and she hasn't heard from you since your first visit, even though she wanted to go ahead. To be fair, the carpet in the bedroom is great. However, this review is based on what's happened since then. Your explanation above is the first I've heard from you since you didn't come through for us in Sept-21, which is why I had to go elsewhere in the end.

Had new flooring fitted in our bathroom today by Alec and Joe from Baileys Flooring and delighted with the quality of the job. They came highly recommended and easy to see why. Arrived on time, very friendly and personable, clean, tidied up after them and you could tell they were enthusiastic and passionate about their profession and wanting to ensure they did a good job. When it comes to flooring these guys are the best we have ever had and finding such good reliable and honest tradesmen is not always that easy and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering having any flooring work carried out. Five stars +

I had an excellent experience with Baileys Flooring this week. Alec and his colleagues did an excellent highly professional work in providing and fitting LVT and carpet in my new build house. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and follow closely every industry standard. The end result was simply impressive. More importantly, my wife loved the new flooring and can't wait to move in. Well done to Alec and his team, they should be proud of the quality of their work.

Joe and Alec fitted our carpets today in our 3rd floor apartment in Norwich. Not only did they move all the furniture first, they removed all the old carpet and underlay and then took it away, the new news carpets were fitted and the furniture put back! An absolutely first class service, the carpet is perfect, highly recommended!

Alec at Bailey’s Flooring was really helpful and communicative throughout. He advised us on the best material for our house and had excellent quality material. The floor was installed quickly and they left the house very tidy. The floor looks stylish and professional.

Joe has fitted carpets throughout my whole house, his attention to detail and getting it perfect is outstanding. He leaves the house spotless even vacuuming up any bits. Speedy friendly service too. Genuinely cannot fault this company.
