I wish I can share the same sentimental views like the others but my experience with Richards bay funeral services was terrible. We were sent from pillar to post just for us to get our mother's body released. Not just that, the promises that were made to us were not met, not even the decency to call and notify us. Waited at the parlour for more than three hours because the owner was not there or because they can't make calls. We only wanted our mother back home in Pmb.

We could not have been happier with the thoughtful and caring service we received from Anton and his team at Richards Bay Funeral Services. They took care of everything and went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for our family when my mother passed.

Very Professional...I look back and think how helpful and considerate they were during a difficult time to even go the extra mile
