Service is amazing, I was treated with a smile throughout. I love it, they should keep it up. I noticed that other staff members had the same friendly attitude towards every other customer /patient. Great service!!!

Prices are decent but staff are rude. Staff are instructed to follow you very very closely, even if you buying something personal care, they literally 10 cm behind you and make you feel uncomfortable. Cannot take your bags in as well, you have to leave it at the counter. Never knew such retail outlets existed in the new South Africa. If you want to come by car, rather avoid as parking is a mission, might take you 20 minutes+ too find a bay

The most helpful, efficient and responsive pharmacy I've ever come across. Required medication that needed to be ordered and it was delivered same day, for free. What a pleasant experience!
