There’s some good Doctors, Specialists an well trained stuff here, I highly recommend their service. An the stuff is friendly. They greet everyone.
Please do not even consider going to Bambanani with a mental health issue. Dr Y. Jooma is the most unprofessional, unhelpful and uneducated Dr I have ever met! Telling a suicidal patient who is visibly in distress that he does not need medication he just need a "wakeup call" like he has a choice. He spoke to the patient with absolutely no remorse and treated him like dog. Everytime the patient tried to speak Dr Y. JOOMA silenced him and continued to tell him how worthless he is. Clearly he does not know how to deal medically professional with mental health patients. Luckily we were able to take the patient elsewhere, where they were knew exactly how to deal with him and were able to give him medication. They also explained that he does have the ability to change how he feels without medical help. So thank you Dr Y. Jooma for absolutely nothing. Please take the R500 consultation fee I paid and buy a book about mental health.
Quality service, friendly staff and clean environment
I went to Dr Bassa and xrays. Dr Bassa not only meidically excellent but has compassion and care. Thank you to all the friendly assistance to all personal. You can pad yourself on the shoulder: doing your work not only for the money but for the people. Thanks again.
If you decide to go and consult a Doctor on this establishment, this is what happens: There's a water tank with a tap and a hand shampoo at the entrance to the building outside. You wash your hands thoroughly before entering. Once inside, there's a person who'll sanitize your hands and measure your body temperature and assist you to fill a Covid 19 related questionnaire. These two steps will surely minimize the spread of the virus - well done Bambanani.
