Fantastic service, prompt communication and very competitive pricing. Installed palisade fence for me. Very neat job and great quality. You need look no further than Bar One Security!!
Bar-One Security' service has been amazing from the start when they had to provide and install some gates and electric motors for me. They are also able to deal with an OCD/ pedantic client. BUT, to me the true reflection of service is the after sales service, when no more money is coming in, and you claim against the warranty from the business. I had a few minor warranty issues and Bar-One retuned with a sense of urgency to resolve these perfectly. Really a good company with an amazing family-vibe. This has been a great client experience.
They must be the best security company around. Manufactured and installed my security gate exactly the way I wanted it. Brilliant service from start to end. Thanks guys.
Great and effecient initial service, however very very poor long term durability. Within a year the security spikes which were installed turned colour and started to rust. I contacted Bar One albeit after the warranty period requested information but was met with contempt instead. In short: Welding and installation 100%. Paint material and after sales is definitely sub standard.

It's been a long time since I received such good service from a company. From the first call of enquiry to the final installation the Bar One Security team was professional, efficient and helpful. The sales consultant Andrew listened to my needs and the installation team led by Gift were professional and unobtrusive when doing their work. My new security grill & gates and the re-purposed old security gates look fantastic and are of a high quality.
