Terrible people working at Wadsworth & at Barbarton & on Manchester rd horrible staff couldn't help basically told me to get lost. Would never go to these stores again. Terrible management all around.
Fortunately I don't have to frequent an Auto Parts store often, but when I do; the Barberton Auto Zone is my choice. I recently visited for new wiper blades, when I asked if I could get new ones installed, a very nice gentleman got what I needed, installed them and I was on my way, superior service.
Good prices, excellent customer service, it's the only place I'll buy auto parts.
This particular AutoZone location is fantastic. There is an older lady who works there, she might even be the manager IDK, but she is an amazing asset to that store, she is extremely knowledgeable, the guys who work there were going to her for information or advice indicating that she knows way more then they do. Everyone who works there was extremely professional and very personable as well as knowledgeable. If you need a part to fix your car, they have it, if you need advice or have questions on how to install it or to help you figure it out, this work crew are there to help you, they will even come out with their tools to look at your car and maybe give you a hand in fixing it. Don’t forget to throw whoever comes outside to look at your car a little $ tip, it’s cold out there and they don’t get paid extra to come out to help you. Just saying, that’s all.

The guys at this AutoZone were really nice. They did not have the brake pads that I requested so they bumped me up to the nicer ones free of charge and gave me lots of tips and advice and made me feel confident in doing my first ever break job thanks guys.

I stopped here to get my brake lights changed. Their computer said my car wasn’t serviceable. The two workers behind the counter wouldn’t even look at my car to give it a try for me. I then went to the canal Fulton auto zone and their computer said the same but the man working there ended up changing my brake lights in under 10 minutes. I just feel the employees were lacking effort, maturity, and compassion at the Barberton location.
TK is awesome!! He helped me change my break light bulbs and went above and beyond to make sure they worked before I left the parking lot!! You have a valuable employee right there!! Thank you!!
I've bought a battery and wipers there. They put them in. Great service and prices and the workers are great. Would definitely recommend.
