Barenesta

Two thick blackwood shelves got lost when Nico of Barenesta did restorations on my jongmanskas and other black and yellow wood furniture. Nico was rude upon enquiries about this. He just shrugged it off, even though my security cameras showed them not being returned wrapped in a blanket as he said. He shifts the blame onto the company he recommends for collecting and delivery and point-blank refuses to make me two shelves from any other wood. He bluntly states that he owes me nothing. No compromise. I am not happy with this type of businessman who has no system in place for signing in or signing out for the furniture he works with. This troubled me initially, but I did not heed it and went on simple trust. I can never recommend him not for manners.
