Superb customer service. Very receptive exceptional work force, always kin to assist. Quite a book store that feels more like home with a great versatile collection to choose from.

I enjoy the large selection of books they have Experience: the staff tend to not greet and I don't know if there are no cameras in the store but I tend to feel like I'm treated as if I'm about to steal something, the looks and general body language communicate that, I don't feel like it's coming from a place to assist me really.

I recently had a world class experience in Bargain Books in Krugersdorp - I was served by two ladies who knew exactly where and how to help me with two utterly divergent genres Afrikaans crime and English spiritual in such an incredibly kind and informed intelligent manner. I was completely blown away by their service. Thank you so very much - I'm going to love reading my two Deon Meyer's and my friend is adoring her 'A return to Love'. You have my sincere gratitude for going above and beyond the call of duty. Brava!!!!

The store is amazing. They have a great selection of Books and I have expanded my collection a lot, thanks to them. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and they always help. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to questions and recommendations. If I could give 10 stars if would.

The staff was rather rude about the fact that my 4 year old nephew had a lot of energy. Maybe put a notice in the window that reads children are not welcome if you have a problem with them being in the store so that parents and caretakers know not to take children into the store. And if that is how you feel maybe don't sell anything that is specifically for children.

Staff is rather rude. My husband and I were browsing for books this afternoon, I did not know what the closing time is. Instead of politely informing me that the store was going to close soon, the staff decided to make very loud snide comments about how they couldn't close up because we were still there and how they had had enough of being there. When we started walking towards the till to pay I heard another rudevcomment about us wanting to purchase the books we had found. Very unprofessional.

Good store, love the fact that if you don't find a certain book they can order for you. Thumbs up!!
